# Vinode > Vinode is a web platform by Prographers that turns real estate developments into photorealistic, interactive 3D experiences that run in any browser on any device, with no app download. The 3D is rendered ahead of time, today primarily in Unreal Engine, Maya, Cinema 3D, Blender, with support expanding across the major 3D-art and rendering suites, and streamed as video rather than computed on the device, so pages load in roughly 2 seconds and work even on low-powered phones. Property developers and real estate sales teams use Vinode to present apartments and housing estates, capture and manage leads, and generate marketing materials. Increasingly Vinode is also a self-service SaaS: sales and marketing teams build and edit their own interactive pages, video experiences, lead-capture forms, and unit listings directly in the browser, with live multi-user collaboration. Vinode is aimed at residential real estate projects ranging from small developments (a handful of units) to large estates (500+ units). A typical engagement includes a 3D model of the buildings and surroundings, interactive floor plans, virtual interior tours, a back-end panel (CRM + CMS) for managing units and leads, and exported marketing assets (images and video). End buyers explore a development, filter available units by price/size/floor/features, walk through interiors, and download a personalized PDF brochure for the unit they select. How a project is built: existing or newly created 3D models are imported into 3D software, the Vinode pipeline renders the full web app from that scene, and Prographers develops the dedicated web app for the project. Productized packages ship in roughly 2-4 weeks; a full bespoke project with custom 3D modeling typically takes about 2-3 months. Vinode positions itself as "the first web application to deliver premium photorealistic 3D with the scalability of a simple website." - "Pre-rendered 3D" is the key technical differentiator: visuals are rendered in Unreal Engine and streamed as video, not computed on the user's device, which is why Vinode loads in ~2 seconds (vs. ~6s for WebGL or ~12s for in-browser Unity in the company's comparison) and runs device-independently and offline. - Not a Pixel-Streaming; This is key advantage, Vinode is direct competitor to pixel-streaming solutions.
