This notice explains how our interactive contact form handles the information you enter, and how it reaches us. It sits alongside our Cookie Policy and applies to the contact form on vinode.io, operated by Prographers Sp. z o.o. (“Vinode”, “we”, “us”).
1. What our contact form does
Our contact form is interactive. As you use the form, vinode.io processes the information you provide in the form, including selected answers and the time spent on form options. We use this information to understand your request, assess your needs, prepare a relevant offer, and contact you about your inquiry.
2. When your information reaches our team
The information may become available to our sales or marketing team when the form is completed or when the form session is no longer active. This does not involve recording individual keystrokes or session replay through this form mechanism. Separate analytics tools, such as GA4 or Hotjar, operate only according to your cookie-consent choices. Our Cookie Policy covers those.

Because the form is our designated channel for structured commercial inquiries, we may be unable to assess or respond to requests submitted outside the form if they do not include the information needed to understand your request and prepare an offer.
4. Marketing communications
