What does Vinode cost?

Short answer

There is no fixed price list. Vinode is quoted to your project, priced as a one-time build fee plus a per-unit fee plus a subscription, with the first 6 to 12 months included in the build. Contact us for a quote to your project.

What the price is made of

There is no sticker to look up. A quote has three parts: a one-time build fee, a per-unit fee, and a subscription. The first 6 to 12 months of the subscription are included in the build, and how long it stays included tracks how big the development is. The subscription is there because someone keeps your experience live, hosted, and editable in the Back Panel for as long as you are selling, and it steps down as you sell through your units.

Size it up over the whole sell period

The honest way to size Vinode is total cost across the time it takes to sell out, as a share of gross development value, not a monthly figure. Across the sell period it works out at an estimated 0.25% of GDV. An illustrative 100-unit development lands around 0.7% of GDV all in, under the roughly 1% a developer usually expects to spend here.

The two count different clocks: ours is sell-through time and the baseline is construction time, so Vinode projects tend to sell out around or ahead of when a comparable building would even finish.
