Is there a subscription fee?

Short answer

Yes. A done-for-you Vinode project includes a subscription, and the first 6 to 12 months are part of the build. After that you move to a plan that steps down as you sell through your units.

Included first, then it continues

The subscription is part of the done-for-you engagement, not an optional add-on. It's covered at launch, so you go live without a separate bill for it. How long it stays included tracks how big the development is, within that window. After it ends, it continues as a plan, and what you pay is set by a quote.

Plans step down as you sell through

Sale

The full stack while you are actively selling: CRM, CMS, analytics, GDPR compliance, and the marketing and sales tools.

Retain

Drops the most advanced tools. A good fit for smaller developers, or once only a few units remain and priority has moved elsewhere.

Archive

The portfolio stage and lowest cost. The site still works, with no per-project tools. You can opt in to keep collecting leads from archived projects.

What the subscription keeps running

It keeps your experience live, hosted, and manageable in the Back Panel, the CRM and CMS where your team edits units, pricing, availability, and leads. That is why it is a subscription and not a one-time file handoff: someone keeps the experience online and editable for as long as you need it.

Note

We don't name a figure for the build, the per-unit price, or any plan. What you pay is shaped by your project size and where the development is in its sales cycle, and it comes in a custom quote.
