How do I order a Vinode project?
Book a call and tell us about your development: its size, timeline, and any 3D models or plans you already have. We scope the work, confirm what we need, and send a custom quote. Once you approve it, we build and hand over an interactive 3D experience you manage yourself.
It starts with a conversation, not a checkout. Every development is different. A six-unit boutique block and a 500-home estate need very different things, so we work out the scope with you before quoting. Here is what each step looks like.
- Book a call. Tell us about the project: where it is, how many units, your sales timeline, and what you want buyers to be able to do.
- Share what you have. Send any existing 3D models, architectural files, floor plans, renders, and brand assets. If you have none of that yet, that is fine (see below).
- We confirm scope and quote. We work out which parts of the platform you need and send a custom quote for your project. There is no fixed price list, because the number reflects the actual work.
- We build and hand over. After you approve, we produce the experience and give you the Back Panel to run it yourself.
What to have ready for the call
Project basics
Location, number of units, and your target sales or launch date.
Existing assets
Any 3D models, CAD or architectural files, floor plans, or renders, even rough ones.
Brand assets
Logo, colours, and fonts so the experience matches your development's identity.
Sales setup
How your team sells today (website, sales office, kiosk) so we include the right pieces.
What if we don't have 3D models?
Most developers don't when they first reach out, and that is normal. We build the 3D of your buildings and surroundings from your architectural documentation, then use it for the interactive experience, tours, renders, and marketing assets. Bringing your own models can shorten the timeline, but it is not a requirement.
How long it takes
Productized packages usually take two to four weeks. Larger bespoke projects take two to three months. Package scope follows development size, from small to medium and large, with custom work for anything outside those. After launch you maintain units, pricing, and content yourself in the no-code Back Panel. You can see finished examples on our projects page.
