What to expect when you work with us
How ordering works, what we need from you to start, and how a Vinode project runs once it’s live.
- How do I order a Vinode project?Book a call and tell us about your development: its size, timeline, and any 3D models or plans you already have. We scope the work, confirm what we need, and send a custom quote. Once you approve it, we build and hand over an interactive 3D experience you manage yourself.
- What do we need to start a Vinode project? To start, we only need the basics of your development: where it is, how many units it has, and your timeline. Anything you already have, like 3D models, CAD or BIM files, floor plans, renders, unit data, and brand assets, helps but is not required.
- What is interactive 3D for real estate?Interactive 3D for real estate is a single 3D model of an entire development that the buyer moves through themselves in a web browser, from an aerial view of the whole site down into one unit's interior. Vinode renders it ahead of time and streams it as video instead of running it on the phone, so there is no app to install and it loads in about 2 seconds on any phone.
- What does a Vinode project include?A Vinode project typically includes three things: an interactive 3D experience of your whole development, the Back Panel (a built-in CRM and CMS), and a set of exported marketing assets. Bigger projects also add a sales-office kiosk app, interactive zones and deeper analytics.
- Can buyers compare units?Yes. Buyers save favourites and compare their shortlist side by side, then pick one unit and download a personalized PDF. Every filter and comparison is captured in the Back Panel CRM as a buying signal your sales team can see.
- Can I see what a buyer did before they enquired?Yes. When an enquiry lands, it arrives attached to that buyer's visit history, so your team can see which units they looked at, how long they spent, and what they favourited and compared before they got in touch. That means the first call already knows what the buyer cares about, instead of opening with "so what are you looking for?"
- Who is Vinode for?Vinode is for residential real estate developers, their sales teams, and the agencies that market for them. It fits projects of any size, from a boutique block of a few units to a master-planned estate of 500 or more. It is built for selling off-plan, so you can show buyers a development from a 3D model before the building exists.
- Is Vinode only for luxury real estate? No. Vinode works for any residential development that needs to sell before or during construction, from a 6-unit block to a 500+ unit estate. It helps buyers choose a unit early and helps your team manage leads, and that matters at every price point.
- Can agencies use Vinode?Yes, and we call them partners, because Vinode is built with agencies in mind. Agencies use Vinode to give their developer clients a stronger digital sales experience: the interactive 3D, the lead-capture forms, and the Back Panel for managing units and leads. An agency can theme and update a client's project itself in the no-code editor.
- What's the difference between Vinode and a virtual tour?A virtual tour is stitched together from photos of a real, finished room, so it can only exist once the space is built. Vinode is a 3D experience that works off-plan, before anything is built, and it lets buyers filter the available units, pick one, walk the interiors, and download a personalized PDF. A photo tour of a single finished room can't do any of that.
- How is Vinode different from renders or a video?A render is one still image and a video is one fixed camera path, so with both the buyer can only watch. Vinode is interactive, so the buyer operates it: they filter the available units, walk through interiors, and configure options, and every action shows your sales team what that buyer is interested in. You still get renders and video too, because they are exported from the same 3D project as marketing assets.
- Can I sell before construction?Yes, and it is the main use case. Vinode is built from a 3D model instead of photographs, so the experience exists before the building does. Buyers can explore the site, filter available units, walk through the interiors and configure their options while the development is still off-plan.
- What does Vinode cost? There is no fixed price list. Vinode is quoted to your project, priced as a one-time build fee plus a per-unit fee plus a subscription, with the first 6 to 12 months included in the build. Contact us for a quote to your project.
- How long does a Vinode project take?A productized package is fast: about 1 week for a small estate (up to 6 units), about 2 weeks for a medium one (up to 250 units), and about 4 weeks for a large one (500 or more units). A full bespoke project that needs 3D modeling from scratch usually takes about 2 to 3 months. Within either path, how deep you go on the environment, the units, and the interiors is what moves the clock.
- Is there a subscription fee?Yes. A done-for-you Vinode project includes a subscription, and the first 6 to 12 months are part of the build. After that you move to a plan that steps down as you sell through your units.
- Are there discounts? We don't publish a discount list, but we are open to it. Every project is quoted to its own scope, so there is no set price to knock a percentage off. Multi-project or upfront commitments leave the most room, so those are worth raising early when we scope your quote.
- Can I market different units to different buyers on the same development?Yes. You build one Vinode project that holds every unit, then run a separate marketing campaign for each type of buyer. Each campaign points buyers at the units that fit them and frames those units the way that matters to them, and the Back Panel shows you which campaign actually worked.
- How do I know which leads are hot?Every lead is scored from what they actually did on your project and lands as hot, warm, or cold. You can see the reasons behind each score, so a rep knows why a lead is hot before they call and works the hottest ones first.
- How do I know which marketing campaign brings the best buyers?Every buyer is tagged with the campaign and channel that brought them, and that tag stays with them all the way to a reserved unit. So you can see which campaigns bring buyers who actually reserve, not just buyers who click, and let your budget follow the ones that bring real reservations.
- What can I measure on my Vinode project? The Sale plan reports on the whole selling funnel, from where buyers land through to the unit they reserve. It reads like a short brief for a director, not a raw pile of analytics numbers.
- How do I know which units buyers are most interested in?You see it in the Back Panel: what buyers do on each unit before anyone fills in a form. It records how many opened a unit, how long they spent, what they favourited, and which units they compared. The Sale plan rolls this up into a demand ranking, so you can see which apartments draw the most attention and even which buyer types are drawn to which units.
- How do I make sure the right salesperson gets credit for a sale?Give each salesperson their own link to the project. The link looks normal but carries a hidden tag that marks who it belongs to, so when a buyer opens it, enquires, and later reserves a unit, the Back Panel already knows which rep brought them. Credit goes to the right person automatically, with no one copying names into a spreadsheet.
- Can I A/B test my property pages?Yes. On the Sale plan you can run two versions of a page or campaign at the same time, such as a yield angle against a lifestyle angle, and keep the one that gets more clicks and enquiries. Each buyer sees one clean version from the moment the page loads, so there is never a flash of the wrong version first.
- How is Vinode hosted? We host and deliver everything, so you run no servers of your own. The pages are pre-rendered and served from a global network of servers close to each viewer, so they load in about 2 seconds anywhere in the world.
- Does Vinode need an app, or does it work in the browser? It works in any browser, with no app and no download. Buyers just open a link and the experience runs, the same way on desktop, tablet and phone, because the 3D is pre-rendered and streamed as video instead of running on their device. The only standalone app is an offline sales-office kiosk that your team runs in person, and buyers never install anything.
- How real can the 3D look, and can you build it from my drone photos?Very real. People mean two things by "real". Matching your actual location: yes, we build the 3D from your plans, and your drone photos and site capture make nearby buildings, terrain and materials true to life. The lived-in look is art direction we tune. The level is a conversation, so contact us.
- Can I self-host Vinode on my own servers? No. Vinode is a managed platform that we host and run for you, so there are no servers for you to set up or maintain. The one thing that runs on your own hardware is the offline kiosk app for a sales office, which works without an internet connection.
- Is Vinode mobile-friendly?Yes. Vinode runs right in a phone's web browser, so there's no app to download, and it loads in about 2 seconds even on an older, low-powered phone. It stays fast because the phone just plays a streamed video instead of building the 3D itself.
- Does Vinode integrate with our CRM?Vinode comes with its own CRM and CMS built into the Back Panel, so many teams don't need a separate system at all. If you want to keep the tools you already use, we've connected Vinode to systems like HubSpot, Odoo, Pipedrive, Microsoft 365 and others. Tell us what you run and we'll confirm the connection, and a standard one is usually included in the project rather than charged separately.
