How do I know which leads are hot?
Every lead is scored from what they actually did on your project and lands as hot, warm, or cold. You can see the reasons behind each score, so a rep knows why a lead is hot before they call and works the hottest ones first.
What the score is built from
The score comes from what a buyer does on your project. The Back Panel watches how much and how recently they browsed, which units they viewed or compared, which they saved, and whether they sent an enquiry. Those signals add up to two things: how ready a lead looks to buy, and how well the project fits what they want.
Each lead then lands as hot, warm, or cold, ranked so your team knows who to work through first.
The score sits on a real buyer record
A form submission links to the contact and the exact unit it concerns. So the score does not float free. It sits on a workable record: a name, the units they looked at, and the reasons they scored the way they did.
The score ranks who to call first. A person on your team still qualifies and closes. It is a priority, not an automatic decision.
