Can buyers compare units?

Short answer

Yes. Buyers save favourites and compare their shortlist side by side, then pick one unit and download a personalized PDF. Every filter and comparison is captured in the Back Panel CRM as a buying signal your sales team can see.

What buyers filter and compare on

Two live projects show it in practice. St. Gallen is a filterable inventory of 110 rental apartments, with filters for floor, rooms, living area, balcony size and monthly rent, plus a toggle for garden access. Kownatki, by ROHE, is a picker for 20 detached houses with a side-by-side comparison view and live availability across three build stages, filtered by size, plot, rooms and price.

Across both, buyers open interactive floor plans and 360 interiors, save favourites, and weigh a shortlist against each other. The units they can compare are the ones filtered by building, size, price range, rooms, floor, orientation, and extras like a terrace or parking.

From compare to decide

When a buyer picks a unit, the platform generates a personalized PDF brochure with that unit's floor plan, current price and their saved preferences. Availability and pricing stay live from the Back Panel, so sold or reserved units drop out on their own.

The Back Panel CRM records which units a buyer viewed and how long they spent, and a form submission links to the specific unit it concerns. Your sales team sees the shortlist a buyer built and where they landed.

Note

The buyer decides and enquires; a person on your team closes. There is no online checkout. The enquiry lands in the CRM pipeline for your team to work.
