Real estate visualization

3D real estate visualization
for off-plan property sales.

Vinode is a 3D real estate visualization platform for developers selling homes that are not built yet. A buyer opens a link, explores the whole development in 3D, walks through the interiors, picks a specific apartment and sees which units are still available. It runs in any browser with nothing to install, and the page is ready in about two seconds even on an older phone.

The problem

Selling a home nobody can walk through yet

An apartment building of twenty units or more averages about 22 months from permit to completion in the United States, on 2024 Census figures compiled by NAHB. For almost two years the thing you are selling does not physically exist. A buyer cannot visit it, stand in the kitchen, or check the view from the eighth floor.

The search, meanwhile, has moved online. In the National Association of Realtors 2025 buyer survey, 46 percent of buyers began their search on the internet. A separate NAR report found that 58 percent of buyers want a virtual tour, yet 94 percent of listings still have none. The demand is sitting there unmet.

Speed is the quieter problem. Google has measured that 53 percent of mobile visits are abandoned when a page takes longer than three seconds to load, and most heavy 3D on the web is far slower than that. A visualization that stalls does less for you than a good photograph.

What it is

Real estate visualization, without the download

Real estate visualization turns architectural plans into something a buyer can actually experience: the building, the streets and parks around it, and the exact unit they are weighing up. Done well, it answers the questions a floor plan cannot. How big does the living room feel. What do you see from the balcony. Is the third floor really quieter than the ground.

Vinode delivers this as a photorealistic, interactive 3D web experience. The scene is rendered ahead of time on our machines and streamed to the browser as video, so nothing is computed on the visitor device. That is why it opens in a second or two and stays smooth on the phones most buyers use. Those are the same low-powered handsets where in-browser WebGL and game engines tend to stutter.

The platform, 5 pieces

How Vinode’s visualization platform works

One project gives you an interactive 3D model, virtual interior tours, an apartment selector with live availability, unit-specific brochures and a sales-office kiosk. Everything is managed from a single no-code back panel, so a price change or a reserved unit is a two-minute edit you make yourself.

Interactive 3D models

Put a 3D model of your development on your website and let visitors explore it in the browser — pan around the buildings, zoom in, and click straight through to any unit. No app, no download.

  • Easy to embed on any website
  • Works on any device
  • Online and offline
  • 3D model
  • Easy-to-use advanced search

Virtual tours

Let buyers see a unit before it's built. Each tour pairs a 3D floor plan with a room-by-room walkthrough and 360° views taken from inside the space.

  • 3D plans
  • Virtual walk

Back panel

Run the whole sales process from one back panel. The built-in CRM tracks every lead through the funnel; the CMS edits units, pricing, and content — no separate tools to wire together.

Dynamic PDF

Instantly create a personalized brochure with the client's chosen unit, showing the floorplan, current pricing, saved preferences, and full apartment details.

  • Unit-specific visualization
  • Real-time pricing & data
  • Downloadable client summary

Kiosk app

Run the same interactive presentation in your sales office as a standalone app. It works offline and supports pixel streaming, so staff can walk visitors through the development on a touchscreen or kiosk.

For developers

One project, from masterplan to signed reservation

A buyer starts at the masterplan. They see the whole development as a photorealistic 3D model, spin it, get a feel for where the blocks sit against the park or the water, then click the building they like. Inside it they filter the available units by floor, size, aspect or price, open a 3D floor plan, and take a room-by-room walk through the apartment.

When they are ready, the same screen shows current availability and generates a brochure for that exact unit, with its plan, price and the choices they made. Your sales team runs the identical experience in the gallery. On a touchscreen or kiosk it works offline, so a weak venue connection never stalls a viewing.

Every enquiry lands in the back panel. The built-in CRM tracks the lead through the funnel and the CMS lets you change a price, add renders or mark a unit reserved yourself. Buyers who reached a Vinode-marketed development of 20 or more units have, in our project data, reached sell-out in about 12.7 months, well inside the 22-month build baseline for that segment.

How it compares

3D visualization vs virtual tours vs video

Video walkthroughs and 360 degree tours both need a finished space to film, which rules them out while the building is still going up. Interactive 3D works from a model on day one. The buyer can pick a unit, open its plan and walk through it before the foundation is poured.

ApproachWorks before it is built?Buyer can choose a unit?Speed on any device
Static renders and floor plansYesNo, it is a pictureFast, but not interactive
Video walkthroughNeeds a finished spaceNoHeavy file to stream
360 degree virtual tourNeeds a finished spaceNoOften slow on mobile
Interactive 3D visualizationYes, from a 3D modelYes, with live availabilityAbout 2 sec, any browser

Interactive 3D is not for every listing. For a single resale flat, or a finished building a buyer can simply go and visit, a good photo tour does the job for less. Vinode earns its place when there are many units to sell and the homes are still months or years away from being finished.

The evidence

What happened when one developer switched to Vinode

We can share one before and after. A developer ran the same development, the same area and price point, first on their previous marketing platform and then on Vinode, and gave us the funnel from their own CRM for the Q2 2025 campaign. Our Hotjar engagement data lines up with it. Here is what moved.

+133%of visitors turned into leads (1.2% to 2.8%)
+68%of detail views turned into leads (4.0% to 6.7%)
+109%of leads booked a viewing (9.0% to 18.8%)
-11%of offers closed, the one stage that fell

Stack the stages together and the same development converted about five times as many visitors into completed sales over that campaign, lifting the visitor-to-sale rate from one in ten thousand to six. We lead with the individual stages on purpose. The end number multiplies small gains on small starting figures, and we would rather earn your trust with the honest detail. That detail includes a stage that slipped: a few fewer offers closed at the table, which is a sales-team conversation, not something the visuals decide. It is one documented client result, tracked in their own CRM, and we are glad to walk you through exactly how it was measured.
