A buyer starts at the masterplan. They see the whole development as a photorealistic 3D model, spin it, get a feel for where the blocks sit against the park or the water, then click the building they like. Inside it they filter the available units by floor, size, aspect or price, open a 3D floor plan, and take a room-by-room walk through the apartment.
When they are ready, the same screen shows current availability and generates a brochure for that exact unit, with its plan, price and the choices they made. Your sales team runs the identical experience in the gallery. On a touchscreen or kiosk it works offline, so a weak venue connection never stalls a viewing.
Every enquiry lands in the back panel. The built-in CRM tracks the lead through the funnel and the CMS lets you change a price, add renders or mark a unit reserved yourself. Buyers who reached a Vinode-marketed development of 20 or more units have, in our project data, reached sell-out in about 12.7 months, well inside the 22-month build baseline for that segment.
