Can I self-host Vinode on my own servers?
No. Vinode is a managed platform that we host and run for you, so there are no servers for you to set up or maintain. The one thing that runs on your own hardware is the offline kiosk app for a sales office, which works without an internet connection.
Why there is nothing to self-host
Vinode is a managed platform. We build your interactive 3D experience, then host and run it for you. The 3D is pre-rendered ahead of time and served from a global CDN, so there is no per-viewer computing for anyone to run on a server. You get fast loading worldwide, updates we handle, and the Back Panel for managing units and leads, all without standing up infrastructure or staffing an ops team. Being managed is the point, not a limitation. There is no on-premises or private-cloud version of the platform to install.
The single case that runs on your own hardware is the offline kiosk app for a sales office. Because the experience is pre-rendered, it runs fully offline on a showroom machine, so a tour keeps working even when the internet connection drops. It is an offline showroom tool, not a self-hosted version of the platform.
