What is interactive 3D for real estate?

Short answer

Interactive 3D for real estate is a single 3D model of an entire development that the buyer moves through themselves in a web browser, from an aerial view of the whole site down into one unit's interior. Vinode renders it ahead of time and streams it as video instead of running it on the phone, so there is no app to install and it loads in about 2 seconds on any phone.

What makes it interactive

The interactive part is that the buyer picks the path. They can start above the whole site, then drop straight into one unit's kitchen, in whatever order they want. Nobody scripted it for them. That is the difference from a walkthrough video, where someone else recorded one fixed path for you to watch, and from a virtual tour of a single scanned room.

What the buyer does on the page

On the page a buyer filters the available units by price, size, floor and rooms, opens floor plans, walks through interiors, and downloads a personalized PDF for the unit they pick. Their step is to choose and enquire. A person on your team handles the sale from there.

Live inventory underneath

The experience reads unit status and price from the Back Panel, so buyers see what is actually available now, not a snapshot frozen on the day the model was made. Sold or reserved units drop out on their own.

Note

Because it is built from a 3D model rather than photos of a finished space, an interactive 3D experience exists before the building does. That is why it suits off-plan launches.
