How long does a Vinode project take?
A productized package is fast: about 1 week for a small estate (up to 6 units), about 2 weeks for a medium one (up to 250 units), and about 4 weeks for a large one (500 or more units). A full bespoke project that needs 3D modeling from scratch usually takes about 2 to 3 months. Within either path, how deep you go on the environment, the units, and the interiors is what moves the clock.
Two things set the timeline: whether usable 3D models already exist, and how far you want to push the detail. When the models exist, we build a productized package in weeks. When we have to model your buildings and surroundings from scratch, that is the bespoke path, and it adds roughly 1.5 to 2 months.
Productized package timelines by estate size
Small estate
Up to 6 units. About 1 week.
Medium estate
Up to 250 units. About 2 weeks.
Large estate
500 or more units. About 4 weeks.
A full bespoke build usually runs about 2 to 3 months. We quote a range instead of a fixed launch date because three choices decide where a project lands inside it.
What actually moves the timeline
The world around the buildings
A flat satellite image as a backdrop drops in quickly. A 360 drone capture adds real context and takes more work. A bespoke 3D model of the site and the streets around it is the richest option and the slowest to produce. The more real you want the world outside the units, the more time it takes.
The units and how they move
Unit count matters less than people expect. The work is driven by how many unique unit types there are, how many transitions and zoom levels connect them, and how much street-level detail and animation you ask for. A 500-unit estate can be a week if a high-level city overview is enough, or a few months if we iterate every street and doorway toward perfection.
The interiors
Interiors are the second most demanding part of a build, after the base 3D itself, and the part buyers feel most. They go fast when you already have a layout plan and interior models we can reuse, and slower when we build the rooms and furnishing variants from scratch. That investment earns its keep: in a Texas Tech University study of more than 143,000 listings, homes buyers could tour in 3D sold up to 31% faster. Deciding whether interiors and their variants are in scope is the single choice that shifts a Vinode timeline most.
The package weeks assume usable 3D assets and unit data are ready when we start. Readiness and the depth you choose can move them either way.
After launch you maintain the experience yourself in the no-code Back Panel. Everyday changes to pricing, availability, galleries, and unit data are same-day and need no developer.
