What do we need to start a Vinode project?

Short answer

To start, we only need the basics of your development: where it is, how many units it has, and your timeline. Anything you already have, like 3D models, CAD or BIM files, floor plans, renders, unit data, and brand assets, helps but is not required.

The only things we truly need

To scope the work we need three things about your development: its location, its number of units, and your timeline. That is enough for us to get started. Everything else is helpful, not required.

Assets that help if you already have them

3D and CAD/BIM files

Existing 3D models or scenes, or Revit, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, or Vectorworks files. Vinode is engine-agnostic, so almost any standard format is usable.

Floor plans and renders

Any floor plans, stills, or animations you already have.

Unit data

Prices, availability, galleries, and unit attributes. This maps to what the Back Panel manages.

Brand assets

Your logo, colors, and fonts, so the experience matches your brand.

No 3D models yet? That is fine

If you have assets like these, they speed the work up. If you do not, we supply them. With no 3D models at all, we build them from your architectural documentation, so floor plans or CAD files alone are enough to start. More existing assets shorten the path, and modeling the 3D from scratch adds the most time. See how long a project takes.
