How is Vinode different from renders or a video?
A render is one still image and a video is one fixed camera path, so with both the buyer can only watch. Vinode is interactive, so the buyer operates it: they filter the available units, walk through interiors, and configure options, and every action shows your sales team what that buyer is interested in. You still get renders and video too, because they are exported from the same 3D project as marketing assets.
One you watch, one the buyer operates
A render is a single frozen frame. A flythrough or walkthrough video plays one camera path that someone else chose. Either way the buyer is an audience, not a participant: they cannot change what they see or where they go.
Vinode is a tool the buyer operates instead. Take a scheme like Safa Al Fursan, with 25 buildings and 528 units. A fixed flythrough cannot answer the one question that closes a sale: which of these is mine? An interactive experience can, because the buyer filters the inventory, opens the units they like, and narrows to a shortlist on their own. For a fuller comparison, see interactive 3D vs a virtual tour vs video.
What the buyer does here that a video cannot let them do
Filter to their unit
Narrow the inventory by building, size, price, rooms, floor and orientation, then compare a shortlist side by side. A video shows every buyer the same fixed cut.
Explore interiors and location
Open interactive floor plans and 360 interior views, and read a mapped neighbourhood. Tropical Mirage plots 20+ points of interest a fixed camera pass cannot cover.
Configure the unit
On configurable units, switch the interior style or add-ons and watch it update live. River Residence changes between three styles in one click.
See what is available
Every unit shows free, reserved or sold in real time from the Back Panel, and the buyer downloads a personalized PDF of the one they pick.
Every action is a buying signal your team can see
A watched video gives you a view count and little else. You do not learn who watched or what they wanted. With Vinode, each filter a buyer applies, each unit they save and each style they try lands in the Back Panel CRM as a signal about intent. A passive asset can display your development. Only the interactive experience tells your sales team which buyer wants which unit, so a rep can follow up on the shortlist a buyer already built.
You still get the renders and video
The interactive layer is an addition, not a replacement. Images, video, renders and animations all come out of the same 3D scene the interactive page is built on. The flythrough is one camera path through that scene; the navigation sits on top of the same geometry. It is one build. You are not paying for two productions, and you are not choosing between them. You get the marketing assets you already plan for, and the interactive page on top of them.
The buyer explores, chooses and enquires; a person on your team closes. There is no online checkout. Each enquiry lands in the CRM pipeline for your team to work.
