3. The Global Business Challenge How do you present a massive 500+ unit neighborhood and its surrounding geographical context on a web browser without the app crashing or lagging? The developers needed a platform that could: Render the "very far view" environment—showcasing the broader, highly anticipated Al Fursan government mega-project surrounding the development. Allow users to smoothly navigate complex two-story duplex layouts in 3D. Highlight a massive list of community amenities interactively. Run flawlessly on any device to cater to high-net-worth international investors.
We deployed an Unreal Engine-based Vinode environment built specifically to handle massive draw distances and extreme architectural scale, all while maintaining lightning-fast browser speeds.
Instead of fading the background into a generic skybox, we rendered the expansive Al Fursan government masterplan into the far-view environment. Buyers don't just see their building; they understand their exact placement within Riyadh’s booming future infrastructure, providing crucial investment context.
Standard 3D viewers struggle with multi-level apartments. We implemented seamless vertical navigation, allowing buyers to smoothly transition between the floors of luxury duplexes. Furthermore, interactive hotspots were placed throughout the 3D neighborhood to highlight the project's extensive amenities, from smart-home features to outdoor community hubs.
