Buying property in a Caribbean resort town is a decision about location as much as the building itself. Tropical Mirage sits near Bayahibe Beach in the Dominican Republic, and the developer needed international buyers to understand the whole neighbourhood, from the beaches and marina to the restaurants and tourism draws, not just the apartments.
