A modern apartment complex only sells as fast as buyers can find the right unit. Portada, in the heart of Zadar, spans two buildings and a wide mix of layouts, and the developer needed buyers to browse the full inventory without a stack of PDFs or a price list that goes stale. We built the project on the Vinode platform as an interactive 3D complex backed by a live, filterable unit browser.
What we were selling
Portada is a thoughtfully designed residential project in the centre of Zadar, offering a range of modern apartments to suit different lifestyles.
Two buildings
Buildings A and B, explored from a single interactive 3D model of the complex.
A layout for everyone
From compact one-room apartments to larger four-room homes, spanning roughly 25 to 70 m².
City-centre location
Positioned in the heart of Zadar, within easy reach of the coast and the old town.
Why the usual tools fall short
With 172 units across two buildings, the sales team needed more than a brochure. The platform had to:
- Let buyers explore both buildings and drill into any individual apartment in 3D.
- Filter the full inventory by size, number of rooms, floor and price.
- Show accurate, live availability so sold units never resurface as available.
How we built it in Vinode
We built Portada as a single interactive 3D model of the complex, wired to a live unit browser so buyers move from the whole development down to one apartment without friction.
A filterable, live inventory
Every one of the 172 units is listed with its size in square metres, number of rooms, floor and price, and can be filtered down to exactly what a buyer is looking for. Availability is drawn from the back panel, so each unit shows as available or sold in real time and the list stays accurate as the project sells.
From complex to apartment
Buyers start from the 3D model of buildings A and B, then select a unit to see its details. The same experience runs directly in the browser with no app or download, so the sales team can share one link that works on any device.
Results
Presenting Portada as a live 3D inventory rather than a static price list changed how buyers shop:
Faster unit discovery
Filtering by size, rooms, floor and price lets buyers reach a shortlist in seconds instead of scanning a spreadsheet.
Always-current availability
Because status comes from the back panel, sold apartments drop out of the list automatically and buyers only see what is really available.
Less sales admin
One shareable, self-serve link replaces repeated PDF exports and manual price-list updates.
Portada shows how a mid-size complex benefits from a live, browsable inventory. By pairing an interactive 3D model with a filterable, back-panel-driven unit list, the developer gives buyers a fast, accurate way to find their apartment, and the sales team a single link that never goes out of date.
