When an architectural design breaks the mold, the digital presentation has to follow. Safa Fidar, developed by Safa Investment, has a uniquely elongated footprint, and a very long building in a standard 3D viewer usually means clunky, disorienting, endless scrolling. Using the Vinode 3D sales platform, we solved the navigation challenge and built an accessible, striking digital twin with lifelike animation.
What we were selling
Safa Fidar is a bold residential statement, defined by an expansive linear design with a striking presence on the horizon.
Striking linear design
A continuous building structure that maximizes natural light and offers expansive resident views.
Modern living
Premium apartments with sophisticated finishes for modern families and investors.
Integrated community spaces
Thoughtful entryways, green buffer zones and high-end amenities break up the length and foster community.
Why the usual tools fall short
The developers faced a distinct UX hurdle: how do you let a buyer comfortably navigate a very long, continuous building on a small phone screen?
- Standard orbiting cameras make long buildings frustrating: zoom out and you lose detail, pan and you swipe endlessly.
- A massive, long facade can read as a static, monotonous wall in digital renders.
- The building had to feel accessible and striking from every angle, without sacrificing load speed.
How we built it in Vinode
We built a Vinode environment tuned for linear architecture, so the project's sheer length became its biggest selling point rather than a usability flaw.
Track-like linear navigation
Instead of awkward panning, we introduced a smooth, track-like navigation system. Buyers glide along the facade or use quick-jump hotspots to snap to specific building sections, entrances, or amenities.
Lifelike animation
Using Unreal Engine, we added swaying trees along the promenades, dynamic daylight casting moving shadows across the architectural fins, and subtle ambient movement, so the building reads as a living community rather than a static wall.
Built for every device
On mobile, a custom horizontal slider and one-thumb navigation let buyers glide from one end of the complex to the other and filter units. On laptop, the widescreen carries the horizontal lines of the architecture, with precise navigation to zoom into animated detail or out to a full panorama.
Results
Pairing the architecture of Safa Fidar with a tailored Vinode engine produced measurable benefits:
Unprecedented WOW effect
Lifelike animation and lighting turn the long facade into a dynamic, premium viewing experience that captures buyer interest.
Zero-friction UX
Solving the endless-scrolling problem with smart navigation keeps users engaged longer and lifts high-quality leads.
Maximized team efficiency
Automated PDF brochures and CRM integration free advisors from admin work to focus on closing.
Safa Fidar shows that unconventional shapes call for tailored digital solutions. Smart linear navigation plus lifelike Unreal Engine animation turned a complex 3D UX problem into a frictionless, engaging sales tool across every device.
